How to tell where an item ships from
Every product page shows a shipping notice. A green "Ships from our Australian warehouse" box means the item is sent from within Australia. An amber "Ships from overseas" box means it comes from an overseas warehouse and takes longer. Our Christmas range and all gift sets and hampers are sent from Australian warehouses.
Typical delivery times
- Australian-warehouse items: ship free, usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas can take longer.
- Christmas hampers: sent from Victoria. Dispatched within 1–4 business days (WA and NT: 3–7 business days), tracked.
- Overseas items: A$9.95 shipping per order, usually 8–17 business days. Order by 20 November for Christmas.
- Gift sets contain several items and may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all Australian-warehouse items, including gift sets and hampers, with no minimum spend. Overseas items have a flat A$9.95 shipping fee per order.

- These dates are our recommendation, not a guarantee. They are based on Australia Post's published 2026 Christmas sending dates plus time for our warehouses to pack and dispatch your order.
- Australia Post and courier cut-offs can change, and delays can happen in the busy season. If the dates change we'll update this page.
- Orders placed after these dates are still very welcome and we'll send them as quickly as we can, but they may not arrive before Christmas.
