Shipping Policy

We deliver to all Australian states and territories. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping is A$9.95 per order.
  • Shipping is free on orders of A$99 or more.
  • Gift sets and hampers always ship free.

Delivery times

  • Items marked "Ships from Australia" are sent from Australian warehouses and usually arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas, WA, NT and TAS can take a little longer.
  • Items marked as shipping from overseas usually arrive within 8–17 business days.
  • Orders containing items from different warehouses may arrive in separate parcels.

Christmas order-by dates

  • Order by 14 December for metro areas.
  • Order by 10 December for WA, NT, TAS and regional areas.
  • Order overseas items by 20 November.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Wrong address or lost parcels
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at ozgifthub@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
