Delivery & Returns

We deliver to all Australian states and territories with tracked shipping.
Free shipping on all Australian-warehouse items, including gift sets and hampers, with no minimum spend. Usually arrives within 3–7 business days. Regional and remote areas, WA, NT and TAS can take a little longer.
Overseas items: flat A$9.95 shipping fee per order. Usually arrives within 8–17 business days. For Christmas, please order overseas items by 20 November.
Orders containing items from different warehouses may arrive in separate parcels. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

We have a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at ozgifthub@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or wrong.
Some items can't be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care goods, sale items and gift cards.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
